Compound and Polish Plus Wax

You could clearly see the amount of swirls and Random Deep Scratches (RDS) in the paint under even natural daylight. Apparently under artifical light it looked absolutely shocking.

The Menzerna Polishing Pad in combination with the Menzerna Intensive Polish is a fantastic combo and comes highly recommended for correction on a wide range of paints. The only downside is they aren’t the most durable pad with one typically lasting long enough to polish 1 or 2 cars.

Using 4 pea sized amounts of product, the machine was started on speed 1 to spread the polish before being increased to speed 5 for the majority of the correction. Using a slow overlapping movement the compound was worked until it had fully broken down. It takes about 5 minutes to fully break down Menzerna with a dual Action polisher and you can tell when it’s broken down as it almost dissapears into the paint just before it starts to dry.

The process was repeated so in total this was the result of two complete hits with the machine using the process described above.

As you can see for 10 minutes work it was possible to completely transform the paint to virtually the same level as when it rolled out of the factory. Normally the area would be refined again once fully corrected with a finishing polish and sealed with a wax. This is another area the polisher really excels but we’ll leave that for another day.

How Does Polished and Wax Work Out

Wash the whole car body in advance so that you could remove the dust and dirt. When the iron powder and too much wax adhere, remove them with “Fur Remover”, wash way and wipe away completely. And then stick the masking tape.

Polishing the body and please adjust the power to press by hand and the dial of the polisher itself according to the scale

We use EASIEST MIRROR on Special Long Wool Buffing and evenly polish, lengthwise and crosswise, confirming that the scale is disappearing. and it need to change or wash the buffing if the effects of buffing is weakened by the fur in the process of polishing. You need three clean pieces of buffing to treat the whole body.

After polishing, thoroughly wipe the remaining abrasives away with MICRO FIBER CLOTH wrung dry. And follow the process 2)~3) again to complete the whole car body.

Use PLUS Wax on Special Urethane Buffing and evenly Waxing, lengthwise and crosswise, confirming that the small waxing scale, which Easiest Mirror put is disappearing.

After waxing, thoroughly wipe the remaining abrasives away with MICRO FIBER CLOTH with dry. Then be careful not to put the wiping scale. And follow the process 4)~5) again to complete the whole car body.

Japan's Nano Coating - 8500 Glass Coating

What is 8500 Glass coating for cars like? 

It has an unique characteristic different from a general organic resin, because siloxane bond that consists of silicon (Si) and oxygen (O) is the main backbone, and there is organic methyl radical in side chain.

1)The surface of the car body is filmed firmly ,and so the small blemish doesn't adhere easily.

2)It is not deteriorated by ultraviolet rays, and is excellent in weather resistance.

Before execution of works

The fur and scale have adhered on the body,and there is no gloss on it.

Polish for preparations

First,masking tapes must be sticked in case the fur should adhered on the glass,the resin and the rubber of the car body when polished.After that,the body is polished by using Wool Buffing or Sponge Buffing,which depends on the painting itself of the car body.And then the fur and waterspots will be removed,and the surface of the car body will be like the mirror.

Applying this 8500 Glass Coating

Masking tapes must be come off and we get our product "MICRO FIBER CLOTH" wet,and this cloth squeezes enough.Then you can wipe away abrasive and dust adhering on the car body.After that,we soak this 8500 Glass Coating in the Special Cloth for this product(*It's better to fold this Special Cloth up six times.), and apply 8500 Glass Coating and wipe away.

Wipe away

Wipe away on the bonnet by using "THREE" "DRY" Micro Fiber Cloths.

First,wipe away lengthwise and breadthwise with care by using one Micro Fiber Cloth.

Second,wipe away with more care by using another one so that there will be no 8500 Glass Coating left on the bonnet.

Finally,wipe away completely by using the other one, checking the surface of the bonnet.

The half is finished

After wiping away three times,you should take the visual examination, from every angle, of whether there is no 8500 Glass Coating left or not.Please wipe away again if there is some left.Dry the car body for about 2hours.And follow the process 3)~5) one more time.It's necessary to apply this 8500 Glass Coating TWICE on the car body.It takes one week that the coating on the car body will harden enough.So don't wash the car and wipe with a dry cloth during the period.

The Clay Process actually cleans below the paint surface to remove the contaminants that grip to the paint.

As an example, a professional grade clay bar that’s designed to remove paint overspray is very firm and contains abrasives equivalent to heavy rubbing compound.
