Disappointed with Bandar Puteri branch supervisor and services. Upon collection, wax still visible, especially beneath car. 3 layer seems like only apply 1 layer.

DeleteI bought the membership in Kuchai lama branch a year ago and have only used 1 service then they close down. I contacted them but to no avail for months. At last i get to talk to this Daisy woman and she ask me to sent email so i did and Richard chong reply saying they are looking for shoplot to reopen and i waited till now which is a year already and everytime i call to the number given, nobody pick up or it couldn't be contacted. Since i bought the package from steve then he left then raymond then he left also then daisy pass me to richard then he left also then Ms Yap pass me to Jerry and she never once pick up her phone. No point lodging complain to their management as there is no way i can contact them. I will go to national consumer complain centre to launch a complain on Cars World.
